Time for Roses
Today is the last day of the Zombie Popcorn Dark Magic winter. So its time to use the last chance to see the sim and to get some of the event items. But there are also great items at Zombie Popcorn Brand. For example the grey cape from Quarantine. The primparts are either mod or have a resizescript. There is an alpha layer included to hide the body but it is also possible to make it fit without using that layer. It goes very well with the grey trousers from Elan. Those are high-waisted. They could either be worn with the included prim parts or in boots like on the picture. The boots and the trousrers are both items from the Dark Magic Winter event. They come from VC Designs and are available in several colours. I liked the black ones best. The boots are great in winter as there is fur in them so the feet won’t become cold. Of course the boots have a well working resizescript.
The outfit on the 2nd picture comes from Aliza Karu. Its possible to make it fit a smallish avatar like mine without spending hours on a posestand and it is very pretty and unique. It comes with hair with roses and a dress and the bra like top. All of the items are no copy but trans so the outfit might be a great x-mas gift. Its one of those dresses which are simply made to take stunning pictures of them. The pose which has been used for the picture comes from the doll set from Captivity & Co. . The furniture on the picture comes from mudhoney. Its also one of the event items from the dark magic winter. The set includes the bookshelf, the sofa, an ottoman, a pile of books and a pile of books with a magician hat on top. The items are copy so its possible to have a lot of books in the house. The green carpet comes from Libertine.

There are so many cute and adorable items at the ZombiePopcorn Dark Magic Winter event. Wasabi Pills made some very nice unisex hair for the event. It comes with a hat. Its possible to change the colour of the hat and the hatband. There are two colours for the hat and eight for the hatband. Of course its also possible to use the hud to resize the hair. The outfit is the exclusive item from Ducknipple for the event. It consists out of a sculpted top and skirt and pasties and a thong which are worn on the undies/undershirt layer. Its either possible to resize the top with a resizescript or with the normal building menu. Because of this adjusting the sculpted parts is very comfy and alows some fine adjustments with the building menu. *Epic* creates many lovely fantastic items and the hooves they made exclusively for the ZombiePopcorn Dark Magic Winter are just cute. The set contains the hooves with brown and black hooves. There is also an attachment included which creates snowsounds. The fur for the legs comes on the tattoo layer and the socklayer. The hooves have a resizescript and are also available in black or as black demon hooves. Stain Cosmetics creates very unique makeup. For the Dark Magic Winter they made makeup which helps to escape boring classes. The set contains several makeups for example noosebleeding, fainting or like on the picture feeling not well.

Stars and Pigtails
I still love the kitty galore claws from Virtual/Insanity. Those fingernails are very long and clawlike which makes them to wonderful items for roleplay characters. Its possible to tint them in several colours with the help of a menu and the set includes them in three sizes (10,20 and 30). Those nails are today on sale in Grenade Free Wednesday. The dress is the female gift from Bubblez Design in the 3rd Diamond Is Mine Hunt. Its a cute dress with as a polka dot pattern. All primparts, even the scarf, come with a resizescript so its easy to adjust them. The huntgift also includes a version of the outfit for men. The hunt will start at the 18th. November. The scar in the face is an item from Hysteria. It looks a bit like a cut with a razorblade which has been sewed on a very simple and not well working way. Wasabi Pills released their Chloe hair now in all their colours. It comes with a hud which allows to colour the bands and stars of the pigtails and which also includes a resizing option. Its a very sweet hair which works very well at anime like looks. The skin comes from the Void Midnight Mania. It has a dark line in the middle of the face and the eyeshadow looks like it would be running down the cheeks. The skin comes with several eyebrow options, cleavage layer and even fitting elf ears.

Fallen Zombies
The fortune teller found his way back to Fallen Gods Inc. and brought Zombie skins. The pack contains a version for guys and two for females (with superboobs and with normal ones). The set also contains stripper bikinis in a male and a female version. But those also can be won in several colours at the fallen gods Lucky chair. The ones from the lucky chair are no copy but trans so its possible to give the ones you win twice to friends or to give the male ones to your boyfriend or the female ones to your girlfriend and so on. Those stripper clothes work of course with normal skins too.
The boots come from death row design. The hair he wears is sold at Madesigns. The hair on her is one of the latest releases from Wasabi Pills.
By the way its always nice to spend time at the Fallen Gods fortune teller. The people there are very funny and nice and if there is nobody its enough to ask for help in the groupchat. Then normaly people come around and help.

Ride the pumpkin
Purple Poses takes part in the 5th ZombiePopcorn Hunt and their gift is a great pumpkin poseprop for up to 3 people. The outfits come all from 22769. The one on left side is a new release. It contains a jumper, fitting jeans and also a scarf. The other two outfits are currently sold at the gallery gift shop. Its the fourth round of that event and 22769 put two autumn themed items into the store. For women its a brown dufflecoat which comes with a greenish shirt and fitting jeans. For males they made a green turtleneck sweater with jeans and also a jacket which is not shown on the picture. All the primparts are mod. The short hair with the hairband with the spikes is a new release from Wasabi Pills. The colour of the spikes and the hairband can be changed and of course the hair has a resizescript.

The disco hunt is still going on but will end soon (at Oct. 15th). This pose is one of the gifts in it. It comes from Captivity and it is just amazing that its possible to recreate the dancing scene from pulp fiction with it. Bare feet are essential for that scene so the primfeet from slink fit perfectly. Although those ones have slightly longer toenails and also pawpads under the feet so that they are just great for roleplay. The feet are of course tintable and so are the toenails. Its also possible to turn off the pawpads as for example a demon might not have them while a werewolf of course needs them. The exotix feet are on the backside of the vendor with the normal feet. The jacket on Konrad comes from Gentleman as well as her trousers. The jacket also includes a white shirt. Gentleman is a great store for well textured clothes for men. The white tucked shirt belongs to a set from phoenix rising. They sell everything for 25 L$ or lower there. The hair on him comes from Sadistic Hacker, which is an awesome store for anime like hair and the hair on her comes from Wasabi Pills, which is an awesome store for fantasy and just cute hair.

Are You Ready for Zombie Apocalypse?
It can strike at any time, anywhere! We all know of course that the Hunt will begin on October 15th when the evil little zombie poppets will be hiding the popcorn all over the grid, but surely we are still safe. Right? Wrong! Observe this innocent young woman in her favorite pastime, wandering around a carnival…
The outfit — shirt, shorts and leggings — are all by Kere Millar of {K} Rea. She’s participating in the upcoming Zombie Popcorn Hunt and was kind enough to send me a review copy packet of her latest work, so I get to show it off to you all! There were so many colours that it was difficult to pick one, but in the end I went with the green for autumn.
It took me a bit to accessorize her because my usual style is very different from this, but I was pretty happy with the result. She feels like a cutesy-edgy fun girl, casual but quirky. I also had to combine Wasabi Pills’ Mochi-hair to a Pink Fuel skin because obvious reference is obvious.
Just as you thought this would be a fun faire traipsing post… suddenly, zombies!

I’m in your Headquarters…
…noming your popcorn. Why, hello there! Another new blogger signing in. I tend to make characters while building looks and attempt to make my pictures look like they were caught in the middle of events.
