It does feel a bit like the end of the world when PixelDolls goes into a huge retirement sale. Everything in the Separates, Dresses & Outfits and Menswear sections are 25L each. The sale continues until August 1st after which all those big halls full of items will be empty and waiting to see what will happen next as the mesh rolls onto the grid.

I picked something almost surprising from the sale: wonderful lace-filled gothic creations I didn’t even know they had! Obviously they required a gothic background, so I ported to the World’s End Garden. It never lets me down in just how breathtakingly beautiful it is.

I had been looking for the perfect occasion to blog this gorgeous black rose headband by LaGyo and I waited almost too long, I’m sure that the collection in the Dressing Room will change soon. The jewelry is by .( bewildebeest ). and they felt so very fitting, both because of the gothic styling and because Coyo’s shop is in the PixelDolls sim. They just naturally went together. The eyeliner is a freebie from Kozmetika’s Summer Event, which ends July 8th.

Another almost-out-of-time thing I’ve wanted to blog is this eccentric monocle by SoliDea Folies. It’s from the Moolto Hunt that won’t last for long anymore. I hadn’t actually been to SoliDea Folies before this hunt and I was extremely impressed by the artistic strangeness all around while I was walking around and making a wish list. Another new shop I had the pleasure to ran into today was White~Widow where I picked up this face tattoo in several colours for free.
